Q. Why can't I see the options when I right-click on Linux?

A. GeneSpring uses black as a default background color. When you right-click in Linux, the options appear in black. To avoid this, go to the GeneSpring Preferences under the Edit menu and select the tab "Colors". Change the background color from black to white, and all the other colors accordingly. Alternatively, you might choose a preset color scheme from the pull-down menu. Click "OK" or "Apply" to save and apply your settings.
