Q. How do I modify the scatter plot view?

A. The default display options of the scatter plot view can be modified as follows:

  1. Right-click (or control-click for Mac users) on the Scatter plot view and select “Display Options” from the pull-down menu.
  2. Select the appropriate sample or condition to display on each axis if you wish to compare one condition versus another, first in the Horizontal Axis tab and then in the Vertical Axis tab. Click on “Set” after selecting the condition.

  3. Select a value from the pull-down menu as shown on the figure above to plot a specific value on each axis.
  4. Select other preferences such as Lines to Graph on plot, Features, Coloring options.
  5. Click “OK” to save the settings and close the window or click “Apply” to apply settings without closing the window.
