I can log in to GeNet, but I can't get it to display any graphs. My web browser simply displays a (broken image icon) where the graph should be.

This indicates that an error is occurring while generating the graph. You should find an error message in the jserv.log file. A common cause of this problem is that GeNet cannot write to its temp directory. Make sure that the "GeNetTmpDir" property in the GeNet Preferences file refers to a directory which actually exists and, under Unix, that JServ has permission to access that directory.
