Prerequisites

Required:
Users should feel comfortable with all basic steps in the workflow, especially data loading, normalization, specifying parameters and interpretations. Users should have attended the Level I Workshop or attended the following online presentations: "GeneSpring Data Loading", "Pre-Analysis Data Processing" & "Normalizations".

Recommended:
Practice data analysis techniques using GeneSpring. Attend the Level I and II workshop and the "Basic Statistics for GeneSpring" online presentation.
